Corruption, FDI, and Economic Freedom Relationship Between Turkey and Latin American Countries

Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has been always associated with a high level of trade openness and freedom environment, lower incidence institutional corruption. Because it is assumed that international capital mobility makes foreign investors more cautious when there fluctuation in political stability transparency. Most American countries (except Canada the USA) have related to lack transparency their bureaucratic procedures, which conduct important levels corruption consequence, other serious issues such as prominent violence, or even inequality phenomena. This study investigates whether variables indices, inflation rates positive negative effects on FDI between Turkey countries. For analyzing this econometric model, was gathered information from OECD, COMTRADE, TUIK, Heritage Foundation, UNCTAD, World Bank Database. The observed data correspond decade (2005-2014) were only taken sample 14 countries.The empirical results present revealed correlation index FDI; and, found index, inflation, FDI. increase causes 41% inflow.
